VIRAY Research Coordinator, Center for Research Management Services Research Extension Management Office Polytechnic University of the Philippines KRIZTINE VIRAY Chief, Creative Media Polytechnic University of the Philippines Abstract: The Polytechnic University of the Philippines, as one of the top universities in the country, has to maintain its competitive edge as regards quality instruction and excellent curricular programs. To be able to do this, the University has to continuously devise programs that would further improve its students learning skills and capabilities. This study explores the correlations between the variables: Personality and Learning Styles. These variables are connected and many respects affect the learning process. The study attempts to determine and identify the different types of personality and learning styles of selected PUP students from various programs. An appropriate sampling method will be utilized to get a good number of representative samples. The study will be using descriptive-correlational method of research to answer the research problem.
