Stimulasi, Deteksi dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK) anak ini masih belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Salah satu solusi yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan SDIDTK dengan fasilitas Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yaitu Kelompok Bermain dan Taman Kanak-Kanak yang diikuti oleh balita sebelum beranjak ke jenjang pendidikan Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan guru PAUD dalam melakukan SDIDTK setelah diberikan pelatihan Metodologi: metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pre and post test design without control group. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel tanpa peluang (non probability sampling) dengan jumlah sampel 37 guru PAUD Hasil: Hasil uji dengan one sampel t-test menunjukan setelah dilakukan pelatihan kepada guru PAUD terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata pengetahuan guru dari 8,945 menjadi 15,75 dengan nilai p = 0,000 Kesimpulan dan saran: Pelatihan aplikasi SDIDTK menggabungkan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan secara efektif. Saran bagi Kepala Sekolah di PAUD adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru (pengasuh) tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak menggunakan SDIDTK, sehingga guru dapat memonitor tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal. Stimulation, Detection and Early Intervention of Child Growth and Development (SDIDTK) still has not reached the target set by the government. One of the solutions proposed by the government is by integrating SDIDTK with Early Childhood Education (PAUD) facilities, namely Playgroups and Kindergartens which are attended by toddlers before moving on to elementary schools. Objective :to find out the increasing knowledge of early childhood education teachers in conducting SDIDTK after training Methods : the research method used was quantitative with the approach of pre and post-test design without control group. Sampling was done by using non- probability sampling techniques with a total of up to 37 early childhood education teachers. Result : The test results with one sample t-test showed that after training for PAUD teachers there was an increase in knowledge which could be seen from the average value of teacher knowledge from 8.945 to 15.75 with a value of p = 0.000 Conclusion and Recommendation : SDIDTK application training which combines lecture and demonstration methods can increase knowledge effectively. Suggestions for Principals in PAUD is that the knowledge of teachers (caregivers) about growth and development of children using SDIDTK should be improved, so that they can monitor children's growth and development optimally.
