The method used is the case study method, learning more about raw mill, especially in raw meal silos through research literature from books found in PT Semen baturaja and some production employees and employees of the instrumentation bureau, Descriptive Method by describing the specifications and working principles of FMR57 micropilot obtained from unit information of the Department of Electrical Instrument Maintenance. And the method of comparative analysis of this method is a method that compares the results of observations in the field with the results of calculations that have been obtained so that it can be known how much the level of conformity of the two variabels. Get the results of observation data in the first minute with a silo height of 30.30 m, empty level of 30.30 m, volume 9,514.2, level(t) 7,611.36, level( %) 50.0%, and current 12.00 mA and calculation data results in the first minute with a high of 30.30 m, empty level 30.20 m, volume 9,514.2, level(t) 7,611.36, level ( %) 50.16%, and current 12.00 mA, In the fourth minute, the observation data with a silo height of 34 m, volume 10,408, level(t) 8,540.8, level(%) 53.6%, and current 12.57 mA and calculation data with silo height of 34 m, empty level 26.5 m, volume 10,408, level(t) 8,540.8, level( %) 53.80 %, and current 12.60 mA. The comparison of data is influenced by several phactors, namely cf silos working continuously which results in changes in value every second, the shape of the material in the silo is uneven and sensors contaminated with dust are found and microwave reception is blocked by dust, from the conclusion of the author suggests to add a purge section as a dust cleaner on the FMR57 micropilot so that the dust does not stick to the FMR57 micropilot sensor, so the signal reading results are more maximal and make manual measurements at least once a month to adjust the data on the raw meal silo with CCR so that the data obtained is appropriate. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk mengenal alat yang digunakan dalam mengukur kapasitas pada rawmeal silo 20.000 ton dan hasil pengukurannya. Metode yang digunakan yakni Metode case study, mempelajari lebih dalam mengenai raw mill khususnya pada raw meal silo melalui literatur penelitian dari buku-buku yang terdapat pada PT Semen baturaja dan beberapa karyawan produksi dan karyawan biro instrumentasi, Metode Deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan tentang spesifikasi dan prinsip kerja micropilot FMR57 yang diperoleh dari informasi unit Departement Instrument Electrical Maintenance.dan Metode analisis komparasi metode ini merupakan metode yang membandingkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan dengan hasil perhitungan yang telah didapat sehingga dapat diketahui seberapa besar tingkat kesesuaian dari kedua variabel yang tersebut. Mendapatkan hasil data pengamatan pada menit pertama dengan tinggi silo 30,30 m,level kosong 30,30 m, volume 9.514,2, level(t) 7.611,36, level( %) 50,0%, dan current 12,00 mA dan hasil data perhitungan pada menit pertama dengan tinggi 30,30 m,level kosong 30,20 m, volume 9.514,2, level(t) 7.611,36, level( %) 50,16%, dan current 12,00 mA, pada menit keempat
