Identità di genere in adolescenza: Lo sguardo di Tiresia sul maschio e la femmina Gender Identity in Adolescence: The look of Tiresias in the male and female Arturo Casoni 1 Riassunto La riflessione sul genere parte da Tiresia, l‟indovino del ciclo mitologico di Edipo, che ha attraversato sia la condizione di maschio sia di femmina, e che viene identificato come supposto sapiente al riguar- do. Quindi si propone un panorama di ciò che è stato detto di innovativo sul tema negli ultimi cento an- ni, da Freud alla Queer Theory, passando per Simone de Beauvoir, il „femminismo psicoanalitico‟, La- can. Ciò che emerge è che, se molto è cambiato nella percezione del gender, ancora molto rimane inso- luto riguardo agli stereotipi maschio/femmina, alle “gabbie” del genere e ai drammi da esse prodotti. Un cardine per riattivare la riflessione innovativa è – a proposito di „complesso di Edipo, momento di co- struzione dell‟identità di genere specialmente in età adolescenziale – trovare uno spazio teorico a ciò che possiamo definire l‟originaria bisessualità dei ruoli genitoriali. Parole chiave: Identità di genere; Bisessualità; Complesso di Edipo; Adolescenza Abstract The paper starts from Tiresias, the soothsayer of the myth of Oedipus, who went through both the condi- tion of the male and female, and which is identified as supposed wise in this respect. A view of the topic in the past century is proposed, from Freud to the Queer Theory, going through Simone de Beauvoir, the „psychoanalytic feminism‟, Lacan . What emerges is that, if a lot has changed in the perception of gen- der, much remains unsolved stereotypes about male/female, the “cages” of the gender and the tragedies they produce. A key to reactivate an innovative thinking is – about „Oedipus complex, time of construc- tion of gender, especially in adolescence – finding a theoretical space in what might be called the origi- nal bisexuality of parental roles.
