15 Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Muhadatsah ITQAN, Vol. 11, No.2, Jul-Des 2020 PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TERHADAP PROSES PEMBELAJARAN MUHADATSAH DI IAIN LHOKSEUMAWE Oleh: Aina Salsabila Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab FTIK IAIN Lhokseumawe Email: ainasalsabila89@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the perceptions of Department of Arabic Student (PBA) of IAIN Lhokseumawe towards the Muhadatsah learning process that has been carried out. In the Muhadatsah learning process 5 aspects are the focus of the problem, that are: learning objectives, teaching materials, learning methods and media, learning evaluation and difficulties faced by students when the Muhadatsah learning process take place. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using the survey method. Samples were selected through simple random sampling totaling 156 students from 260 of PBA students and research instruments is questionnaires. The result from data analysis the researcher concluded that the Muhadatsah learning process took place well. This is indicated by the frequency distribution of leraning objectives (66,02% stated very well), teaching materials (62,18% stated very well), methods and learning media (41,67% stated good), and learning evaluation (62,82% stated very well). While the learning difficulties faced by students include lack of mufradat, lack of communication with Arabic language due to the absence of language environment and lack of lecturer guidance when the Muhadatsah learning process takes place. Dalam proses pembelajaran Muhadatsah ini ada 5 aspek yang menjadi fokus masalahnya, yaitu: tujuan pembelajaran, materi ajar, metode dan media pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran dan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapi mahasiswa saat proses pembelajaran Muhadatsah berlangsung.
