JEL Classification: K 19 SECTION “LAW”: Право. Анотація. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз організаційних та функціональних основ адвокатського самоврядування в Україні. Досліджено зміст і структуру адвокатського самоврядування. Визначено, що завданням адвокатського самоврядування є інституалізації та забезпечення діяльності органів адвокатського самоврядування, організація професійного адвокатського корпусу. Встановлено, що у результаті наділення органів адвокатського самоврядування повноваженнями (правами) з адміністрування системою безоплатної правової допомоги, означитиме фактичну передачу адвокатському самоврядуванню керування державними (бюджетними) коштами.
