ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻓﺼﻠﻨﺎﻣﻪ– ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﻣﺠﺎزي و آﻣﻮزﺷﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﭘﯿﺎﭘﯽ) ﭼﻬﺎرم ﺷﻤﺎره ﺷﺸﻢ، ﺳﺎل24 ﺑﻬﺎر،( 1398 ص) 89 - 106 ( Quarterly Journal of Research in School and Virtual Learning Year 6, No 4 ( Serial Number 24), Spring 2019 (P 89-106) *Corresponding Author: S.mazloumian@Gmail.com * : ﻣﺴﺌﻮل ﻧﻮﯾﺴﻨﺪه ﻣﻈﻠﻮﻣﯿﺎن ﺳﻌﯿﺪ ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس روش دﯾﮑﻮم و اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﯾﺰو10015 اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري، ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﺎن ﭘﺮوژه ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﯽ ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﭘﺘﺮوﺷﯿﻤﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑ ﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد103 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧ ﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اول ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﯾﺰو10015 و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ دوم ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس روش دﯾﮑﻮم و ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﺎن ﺧﺒﺮه ﭘﺮوژه، ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎ و ﺻﻼﺣﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻨﺪس ﭘﺮوژه در ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ داﻧﺶ، ﻧﮕﺮش و ﻣﻬﺎرت، ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ و ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ، اﺟﺮا ﺷ. ﺪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎ رﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ و ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ. اﺳﺖ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﻧﯿﺎزﺳﻨﺠﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ10015 از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﺎن ﭘﺮوژه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد و» ﻣﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻦ و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي ﻻزم ﺑﺮاي ﺷ ﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﻫﺮ ﺷﻐﻞ« ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس روش دﯾﮑﻮم، ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﺎن ﭘﺮوژه ﺷﺶ وﻇﯿﻔ ﮥ اﺻﻠﯽ و ﺳﯽ وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ دار ﻧ ﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﺎن ﭘﺮوژه در ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ داﻧﺶ، ﻣﻬﺎرت و ﻧﮕﺮش ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس روش دﯾﮑﻮم ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و ﻣﻄﻠﻮب وﺟﻮد. دارد ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﻌﺪ داﻧﺶ، ﻣﺆﻟﻔ ﮥ» آﺷﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ« ، در ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﻬﺎرت، ﻣﺆﻟﻔ ﮥ» ﺗﺴﻠﻂ ﺑﻪ اﺻﻮل و ﻓﻨﻮن ﻣﺬاﮐﺮه« و در ﺑﻌﺪ ﻧﮕﺮش، ﻣﺆﻟﻔ ﮥ» ﻗﺪرت اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﯾﺮ ي« ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ داراﺳﺖ را و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﺎن ﭘﺮوژه ﺑﻪ ﺣﺴﺎب ﻣﯽ آﯾ. ﺪ واژﮔﺎن ﮐﻠﯿﺪي ﻧﯿﺎزﺳﻨﺠﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ10015 ، روش دﯾﮑﻮم. Abstract The aim of this study is the assessment of training needs based on DACUM method and educational standard of ISO 10015. The study population includes all engineers of Petro- chemical Industries Design and Engineering Company pro- ject; among them 103 engineers were purposefully selected and studied. The research tools were two questionnaires. The first questionnaire based on the standard requirements of ISO 10015 and the second questionnaire based on DACUM method and opinion of project expert engineers. After veri- fying the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, they are conducted to collect data of the qualifications and com- petencies of project engineers in three dimensions of knowledge, attitude and skills. The goal of the study is func- tional and its methodology is combined including both qualitative and quantitative aspects. The results showed that there is a significant difference be- tween the present situation and the desirable situation of training needs assessment on the basis of ISO 10015 from the perspective of project engineers. The documenting and determining the required standards for identifying the re- quired competencies for each job has the highest priority. The results also showed that by DACUM method, engineers of design and petrochemical engineering company project have six main tasks and thirty sub-tasks. investigating the training needs of engineers in three dimensions of knowledge, skills and attitude, according to DACUM meth- od also showed that there are significant differences between the present situation and desired situation. The findings showed that in the knowledge dimension, "acquaintance with knowledge management" factor; in the skills dimen- sion, "mastering the principles and techniques of negotia- tion" factor; and in the attitude dimension, "flexibility pow- er" factor have the highest priority; therefore these factors are considered as the most important educational needs of project engineers.
