The parameters which were evaluated include R, L and, in particular, the airborne sound insulation of the façade (D) which has not been sufficiently investigated so far. The data analysis performed on the basis of current technical standards relating to the measurement accuracy, consists of the scrutiny of results for consistency and outliers through two different approaches: a graphical consistency technique and the numerical outlier tests. The results of repeatability and reproducibility obtained and reported in this work have been assigned to the measurement’s method of the different quantities examined. The critical analysis of these results allowed to highlight differences and concordances with the literature data available so far, in relation to the different structures investigated. 1. INTRODUCTION The aim of this study is the determination of repeatability and reproducibility standard deviations of the standard measurement method described in the ISO 140 series [1] for field measurements, applying the statistical procedures prescribed for this kind of cooperative tests in ISO 5725 parts 1 and 2 standards [2] [3]. In spite of being important issues, field measurements, as well as laboratory measurements, were not investigated comprehensively: there are only few examples in literature (see references [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]). The activity was carried out in accordance with the relevant ISO standards [1] [9] [10]. 1 Email address. fabio.scamoni@itc.cnr.it 2 Email address. chiara.scrosati@itc.cnr.it 3 Email address. m.mussin@arpalombardia.it 4 Email address. e.galbusera@arpalombardia.it 5 Email address. m.bassanino@arpalombardia.it 6 Email address. giovanni.zambon@unimib.it 7 Email address. s.radaelli@unimib.it
