In this paper, a systemic approach is considered over the preciseness during wheel control through which one seeks the realisation of the wheel mechanism with superior characteristics from the conception phase with the precise purpose to ameliorate their influence over noises and vibrations Key words: work preciseness, fiability's assurances, machine's friability, vibrations'level, precises 1. General considerations. The imposed conditions over a less noisy functioning of the tool- machines has effectively become a priority in the exploitation area as well as in the conception in project area. These conditions are mainly connected with the noise and vibration level of the tool-machines, which , in the cases when their structure becomes more and more electronical and computerized it has a major influence over: - the work preciseness - machine's fiability - the human factor That is why one of the tests a tool- machine, in testing phase, must pass is connected with noises and vibrations level, reason for which the producers of these mechanisms often encounter difficulties. The main generating sources of these undesired phenomena are the mechanisms inside a functioning structure [1], [2], from which wheel transmition may have a significant influence. Under the aspect of noises and vibrations'level a wheel transmition generates, two essential elements must be taken into account: - the wheel preciseness in functioning - the reciprocal position of the wheels during functioning. But if we take it into a larger context, one cannot speak of a tool-machine functioning form the simple reason that the noise's level generated form a source taken singular may be minimal, but inside the assembly they might be amplified, repeating a level with over admissible noise limit. At the beginning the choice is very important, i.e. in the conception-projection phase as well as in the executional process of the more frequent solutions through which the mechanism's preciseness must be rigidly assured. 2. Considerations over the mechanism's preciseness. Taken under the aspect of mechanisms' kinematics, functioning and loadings, this issue raises complex problems, and their exploitation' behaviors in the structure of a mechanical system may be analyzed from at least two major considerate: a. One which depends on conception and projection' phase; b. The latter connected with executional technology, control and assembly. a.
