Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Hotel Griya Santrian yang berlokasi di Sanur dengan sampel sebanyak 158 karyawan diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling . Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner yang menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 14 pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Role stress berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. Perceived organizational support berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention . Hasil penelitian mendukung seluruh hipotesis serta mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh negatif role stress terhadap turnover intention, sehingga disarankan pihak hotel memperhatikan tingkat role stress yang terjadi di hotel Griya Santrian, Hal ini bertujuan agar karyawan tidak terjadi turnover intention yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan. Kata Kunci: leader-member exchange, role stress, perceived organizational support, turnover intention ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leader-member exchange, role stress and perceived organizational support on employee turnover intention at Griya Santrian Hotel. Sample in this study as many as 158 employees were taken by proportional random sampling method. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure the 14 questions. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that the leader-member exchange have negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Role stress have positive effect on turnover intention. Perceived organizational support have negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of the study support the entire hypothesis and indicate a negative effect on turnover intention of role stress, so it is recommended the hotel consider the level of role stress that occurs at Griya Santrian Hotel, It is intended that the employee does not happen that high turnover intention on the company.
