The coefficient of determination of 0.830 or (83.0%) correlation between Discipline with Performance with value R = 0.762 indicates that the relationship between X2 (Discipline) and Y (Performance) is Strong and positive .. The result of determination coefficient is 0,581 or (58,1%) Result of analysis Show the relationship of Motivation and Discipline together with Employee Performance with value R = 0,820, it shows that the relationship between variables X1 (Motivation) and variable X2 (Discipline) together to Y (Performance) is Very Strong and positive. . The regression function is Y = 0,514 + 0,857 X1 + 0,025 X2. The result of adjusted coefficient of determination equal to 0,823 or (82,3%). Test t Partial hypothesis shows t count = 15,308> t table = 2.011, meaning that there is a significant relationship between Motivation with Performance. Test partial hypothesis t = 8.165> t table = 2.011mean that there is a significant relationship between the Discipline with Performance. Test hypothesis shows show F arithmetic = 114.879> F table = 3.20, then Ho is rejected (Ha accepted), meaning that there is a significant influence between Motivation and Discipline together to Performance with 95% confidence level. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, and Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar Pengaruh Pemotivasian dan Disiplin karyawan Program Diploma IPB Bogor dengan 50 karyawan sebagai responden dengan jumlah keseluruhan sebanyak 100karyawan Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubunga Budaya Kinerja dengan kinerja dengan nilai R=0,911 , hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel X1 (Pemotivasian ) dan Y (kinerja) adalah Sangat Kuat dan positif. Hubungan Disiplin dengan Kinerja dengan nilai R= 0.762 menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel X2 (Disiplin ) dan Y (Kinerja) adalah Kuat dan positif. Hubungan Pemotivasian dan Disiplin secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai R = 0,820, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel X1 (Pemotivasian ) dan variabel X2(Disiplin) secara bersama-sama terhadap Y (Kinerja) adalah Sangat Kuat dan positif. .
