Anugerah Inti Mulia (AIM) Gunung Puteri with 30 employee as respondent. Results of the analysis showed that the relationship of motivation with performance with a value of R = 0,903 indicates that the relationship between the variables X1 (Motivation) and Y (Performance) is a very strong and positive. With the regression equation Y = 8,974 + 0,765 X1. Results of determination coefficient of 0,816 or (81,6 %) give the sense that the influence of motivation on the performance of 81,6 %, while the remaining 18,4 % is influenced by other factors not included in this study Results of the analysis showed the relationship of performance work environment with a value of R = 0,874, this shows that the relationship between the variables X2 (Work Environment) and Y (the performance) is very strong and positive. With the regression function Y = 7,240 + 0,558 X2. Results of determination coefficient of 0,765 or (76,5 %) give the sense that the influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of 76,5 %, while the remaining 23,5 % is influenced by other factors not included in this study The results of the analysis showing relationships Motivation and Environment together with the Customer Performance Employees with a value of R = 0,904, this shows that the relationship between the variables X1 (Motivation) and variable X2 (Working Environment) together to Y (Performance) is Strong and positive. Regression function Y = 0,413 + 0,497 X1 + 0,417 X2. The coefficient of determination adjusted for amounted to 0,803, or (80,3 %) give the sense that the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of 80,3 %, while the remaining 19,7 % is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The t-test showed a partial hypothesis thitung = 11,129 > ttabel = 2,048, then Ho is rejected (Ha received), meaning that there is a significant relationship between motivation with performance. Hypothesis testing partial thitung = 9,539 > ttabel = 2,048, then Ho is rejected (Ha received), meaning that there is a significant relationship between the Environmental Working with Performance. Hypothesis testing indicates indicates F count = 60,126 > F table = 3,35, then Ho is rejected (Ha acceptable), means that a significant difference between Motivation and Environment together with the performance of the 95 % confidence level.
