INTRODUCTION
Information and communication technologies
(ICTs) have been rapidly developed in the recent
decades. Today’s ICTs play a significant role by
providing information, matching with custom-
ers/businesses, and building relationships (Cho,
2009). These technologies have significantly
affected almost all parts of the societies around
the world. Today, computers, Internet and mobile
devices have become an important part of daily
life. In the last decades, mobile phones and other
handheld devices have become one of the fastest
growing communication devices (Economides &
Grousopoulou, 2009).
