Se determina cómo se ha dado ese proceso de promoción mediante distintos programas gubernamentales, el grado de correspondencia entre los recursos invertidos y la producción obtenida bajo el supuesto de que los esfuerzos que se realizan, las políticas específicas que se diseñan y los recursos que se destinan, han tenido como objetivo impulsar mayor competitividad al sector. Un primer indicativo son los programas que se implementan, el incremento del valor de producción y el precio ofertado a razón de mejores condiciones de mercado. Mediante una revisión de fuentes secundarias y estimaciones de indicadores de productividad, se concluye que existe un número importante de programas y subprogramas que atienden la problemática agropecuaria y rural del país, lo que indica en términos relativos un mejoramiento en las condiciones productivas. ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to analyze the rural policy in Mexico highlighting the productivity levels of crops in the northern Midwest. It determines how has this process of promotion through various government programs, the degree of correspondence between the resources invested and the production obtained under the assumption that the efforts made, the specific policies that are designed and resources allocated They have aimed at boosting the sector more competitive. A first indicative programs are implemented, the increase in value of production and the price offered at a rate of better market conditions.
