All the steps were synthesized by conventional and microwave methods .Novel molecule is characterized by spectral analysis. The compound have been examined for their anti bacterial and anti fungal activities and also performed zone of inhibition which concludes few compounds have moderate to high activity at 10 μg/mL. Keywords: Novel pyrrolidine derivatives, characterization, microwave synthesis, antimicrobial activities. INTRODUCTION Heterocyclic compounds are widely considered as the building blocks in the novel drug discovery as there is an abundant scope to develop various fused systems which can enhance the therapeutic activity of the molecule. Additionally, the pyrrolidines are common structural subunits found in a variety of natural and unnatural bioactive products. Depending on the molecular framework and functionality, these chiral residues often play role as effective antibacterials, neuroexcitatory agents, potent venoms, glycosidase inhibitors or fungicide. Hence molecules which possess pyrrolidine ring systems are always biologically promising and found extensive application in the pharmaceutical industry. According to the literature survey, pyrrolidines were also reported to possess various pharmacological activities as their
