He has been interested on Lepidoptera taxonomy since his childhood and is now focusing on taxonomy and behavior of Indian moths. He is also a member of Titli Trust, Dehradun. Sanjay Sondhi is a Dehradun-based naturalist, and Founder Trustee, Titli Trust, Dehradun (www.ttlitrust.com). He works on conservaton research and acton, and conservaton educaton in the Himalaya, with a special focus on Lepidoptera. Ƶthor ontriďƵton YS conducted the inital feld work, primarily in 2011 and 2012, surveyed and identfed the moths, wrote the manuscript and prepared the tables, plates and fgures.
