In the study, relational scanning model, one of the quantitative research models, was used. The study population consisted ni, 2019-2020 academic year, in Erzincan province, the center of the tasks that constitute the teachers. The study was accepted as suitable morally by the board of Ethical Committee in Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, regarding the decision numbered 10/06 on the date 30/11/2020. According to the survey, teachers psychological resistance levels are moderate, overall organizational politics perceptions and individual oriented policies perceived low level, organization-oriented policy perception is moderate and organizational cynicism and its sub- dimensions perception level is low is increased in level. Teachers' perceptions of resilience, While there was no significant difference in terms of education level and age variable, a significant difference was observed with the variable of seniority. The organizational policy perception levels showed a significant difference according to the variables of education level, seniority and age. Organizational cynicism perception levels did not differ significantly according to the variables of education level, duration of work experience and age. It was observed that there was no significant relationship between psychological resilience and organizational policy perception in terms of both total score and sub-dimensions, and there was a low-level and negatively significant relationship between psychological resilience, organizational cynicism, and sub-dimensions cognitive cynicism and affective cynicism.
