SES OLGUSUNUN DENETLENEBİLİRLİĞİ BAĞLAMINDA DİL BECERİLERİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİNDE ETKİLİ OLDUĞU DÜŞÜNÜLEN FONOLOJİK YÖNLENDİRİCİLER: NOKTALAMA İŞARETLERİ Dr. Bilginer ONAN ∗ ÖZ: Bu makalede, ses olgusunun denetlenebilirliği düşüncesinden ha- reketle, ilk öğretim ikinci kademe öğrencilerinin okuma ve yazma becerile- rinin geliştirilmesinde etkili olabilecek fonolojik yönlendiricilerden nokta- lama işaretleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu düşünceden hareketle öncelikle, ses olgusuyla okuma, yazma, dinleme ve yazma kavramları arasındaki ilgiler, felsefî bir bakış açısıyla ve tartışmacı bir üslûpla ortaya konmuştur. Ardın- dan, Türkçede, ses olgusunu fonolojik anlamda yönlendirme işlevine sahip 7 noktalama işareti tespit edilmiş; bu noktalama işaretlerinin ses ve anlam üze- rindeki etkileri ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Son olarak, işlevleri tespit edilen 7 noktalama işareti, 2005 yılı Türkçe Müfredat Programındaki okuma ve yazma öğrenme alanlarına ait kazanımlar çerçevesinde bir değerlendiril- miştir. Phonologic Directors that are Considered as Effective in İmproving Language Abilities in Connection with Controllability of Sound Concept: Punctuation Marks ABSTRACT: İn this article, it has been discussed in basic of idea controllability of fact of sound, punctuation marks which are one of three effectively phonological directives (prozodic, diacritics and dotting signs), in developing reading and writing skills of 6th, 7th and 8 th graders within the frame of Turkish education in Primary School. Firstly in this opinion of frame, the relations among the fact of sound and reading, writing, listening and speaking has been discussed with a philosophical point of view.
