This paper describes the development of a web environment capable of teaching basic concepts of Systems Simulation. The simulation has a wide application area and its diffusion implies substantial improvement, as much as in the scientific field as in the corporate environment. The application offers hypermedia development concepts and application development technologies capable of supplying the distance between the tutor and the student. The human tutor figure is, with no doubt, necessary in the learning process. However, the tutor acts nowadays as the mediator in the acquisition of knowledge. This paper shows the pedagogical features that envolved the development and describes its main functions. Resumo.
