In 2017, there was an economic crisis in Qatar due to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt cutting off diplomatic relations with Qatar. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the economy of Qatar, the cause of the crisis and the policies taken by Amir in dealing with the 2017 diplomatic crisis. the results of this study stated that there were four factors that caused the termination of diplomatic relations by the Saudi Arabian state and 3 other countries. The role of the Qatari government in revitalizing its policies makes one of the factors of Qatar not falling. There are 5 policies taken by Amir and 5 of these policies made Qatar successfully traveled through the economic crisis and made the country of Qatar more powerful and united. Qatar has found alternatives for long-term policy, both in terms of political goep and its basic economic functions and at this time Qatar feels quite confident. Both politically and economically. Dalam Islam pemerintah bertanggung jawab atas kesejahteraan kehidupan seluruh warganya di berbagai bidang, terutama bidang ekonomi yang menjadi tulang punggung kehidupan. Campur tangan pemerintah (negara) dalam bidang ekonomi dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk kebijakan fiskal dan kebijakan moneter. Kebijakan fiskal merupakan komponen penting dari kebijakan publik. Kebijakan publik adalah alat untuk mencapai kesejahteraan hidup manusia. Kebijakan fiskal adalah penyesuaian dalam pendapatan dan pengeluaran aset pemerintah dalam penerimaan dan pengeluaran anggaran yang dipersingkatanggaran negara untuk mencapai stabilitas ekonomi yang diinginkan umumnya ditetapkan dalam rencana pembangunan (Isnaini, 2017).
