The type of research used in this paper is normative law research with a statute approach and a historical approach. The researcher concludes that based on a legal politics review, there are differences in Village Regulation arrangements in legal products concerning the formation of statutory regulations. There are legal products that state Village Regulation explicitly in the types and hierarchies of statutory regulations. However, there are also legal products that mention it implicitly through the articles. In addition to it shows that the Village Regulation arrangements in legal products depends on the wishes of the compiler, the position of Village Regulation in the national legal system can also be seen from the regulation in legal products. If the Village Regulation is regulated explicitly through its articles, the position of the Village Regulation will be stronger. If the Village Regulation is regulated implicitly, the position of the Village Regulation is weaker. If acts or other legal products do not regulate Village Regulation, their position is very weak. Keywords: Legal Politics, Village Regulation, Legal Products. Abstrak Pembahasan tentang pengaturan Peraturan Desa dalam produk hukum memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan teori politik hukum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif (normative law research) dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan sejarah (historical approach). Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan tinjauan politik hukum, terdapat perbedaan pengaturan Peraturan Desa dalam produk hukum tentang pembentukan peraturan perundang- undangan. Ada produk hukum yang menyebutkan Peraturan Desa secara eksplisit dalam jenis dan hierarki peraturan perundang-undangan. Namun, ada juga produk hukum yang menyebutkannya secara implisit melalui pasal-pasalnya. Selain hal-hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan Peraturan Desa dalam produk hukum tergantung kehendak penyusunnya, kedudukan Peraturan Desa dalam sistem hukum nasional antara lain juga bisa dilihat dari pengaturannya dalam produk hukum. Apabila Peraturan Desa diatur secara eksplisit melalui pasal-pasalnya, maka kedudukan Peraturan Desa semakin kuat. Apabila Peraturan Desa diatur secara implisit, maka kedudukan Peraturan Desa lebih lemah. Begitu pula jika peraturan perundang-undangan atau produk hukum lainnya tidak mengatur Peraturan Desa, maka bisa dipastikan kedudukannya sangat lemah.
