Dr Kerry Dally is a Lecturer in Education at The University of Newcastle, Australia. She has served as an investigator in research projects associated with the Australian Government’s Values Education Program. Professor Ronald Toomey is a Conjoint Professor of Education at The University of Newcastle, Australia. He has managed a number of projects associated with the Australian Government’s Values Education Program.
