En este contexto, el objetivo del estudio fue establecer las diferencias valorativas de la mano de obra agrícola entre la región Amazonas y la región Lima Metropolitana desde el año 2018 al 2020. Se desarrolló mediante una revisión bibliográfica, consultando el portal web del MIDAGRI. Se discuten los resultados según la base de datos de ScienceDirect y Google Scholar. Se analizaron los datos en tablas y gráficos de frecuencias, utilizando el programa Excel, versión 2016. Los resultados muestran que el año 2018 en Amazonas el valor del jornal agrícola estuvo por debajo del promedio de la región Lima Metropolitana en S/ 18.39 (Amazonas S/ 37.49 y Lima S/ 55.88); el año 2019, S/ 11.17 por debajo (Amazonas S/ 41.00 y Lima S/ 52.17) y el año 2020, S/ 10.25 menos que Lima (Amazonas S/ 42.25 y Lima S/ 52.50). Se concluye que el valor del jornal agrícola en la región Amazonas está por debajo del promedio en comparación a la región Lima Metropolitana. ABSTRACT The payment that workers receive for agricultural labor is not homogeneous in the different regions of Peru, so it is the subject of analysis and reflection. In this context, the objective of the study was to establish the valuation differences of agricultural labor between the Amazon region and the Metropolitan Lima region from 2018 to 2020. It was developed through a literature review, consulting the MIDAGRI web portal. The results are discussed according to ScienceDirect and Google Scholar database. Data were analyzed in tables and frequency graphs, using the Excel program, version 2016. The results show that in 2018 in Amazonas the value of the agricultural daily wage was below the average of the Metropolitan Lima region by S/ 18.39 (Amazonas S/ 37.49 and Lima S/ 55.88); in 2019, S/ 11.17 below (Amazonas S/ 41.00 and Lima S/ 52.17) and in 2020, S/ 10.25 less than Lima (Amazonas S/ 42.25 and Lima S/ 52.50). It is concluded that the value of the agricultural daily wage in the Amazon region is below the average compared to the Metropolitan Lima region.
