This study aim is to conduct a systematic review of the literature on the definition of OSH performance in order to generalize the concept of OSH in organization. The search strategy targeted several electronic databases and identified more than 1000 potential articles. By focusing on the issues of OSH aspect in organization, few articles were examined (assessed with at least one related OSH aspects, published in Malay and English in peer reviewed literature). At the end, several articles met relevance criteria and were then appraised for methodological strength. The result shows varieties of definition and concept of OSH. The main purpose of implementing OSH at work is to reduce all safety and health problems affecting workers and those that related to workers’ connection with the organization. Therefore, a good implementation of OSH at work is required in order to achieve the organization’s objectives. In conclusion, OSH aspects have respective diversity approaches to enhance workers well-being and performance at work.
