Penelitian tahun pertama yang kami lakukan bertujuan “Merumuskan Peta Preferensi Atribut Usaha {emberdayaan Perempuan Purna Pekerja Migran dengan mempertimbangkan kearifan lokal”.Berdasarkan modal pemberdayaan yang dimiliki, maka strategi pemberdayaan perempuan purna pekerja migran yang sesuai adalah strategi Aras Mezzo, karena tujuan pemberdayaan adalah terbentuknya Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) produk olahan berbahan batik.Tujuan penelitian berikutnya adalah menemukan Model pemberdayaan Perempuan Purna Pekerja Migran Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode pemberdayaan PRA (Partisipatory Rural Appraisal), dalam upaya mewujudkan model pemberdayaan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik masyarakat dan budaya lokal yang direncanakan secara sistematis, terstruktur dan terintegrasi dan mampu mensinergikan antara masyarakat,kelompok mitra dan instansi terkait. Metode yang digunakan adalah GIS (Geographic Information System) untuk mengetahui sebaran UKM seluruh Kabupaten Malang. Metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil Focus Grup Discussion). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa upaya pemberdayaan perempuan purna pekerja migran Indonesia Desa Druju sesuai dengan kearifan lokal dan wirausaha sosial yang dimiliki oleh Desa Druju, maka perlu adanya kemitraan antara Kelompok Usaha Bersama Perempuan Purna Pekerja Migran Desa Druju dengan Batik Andis sebagai filantropi . ABSTRACT This research is a second year follow-up study on empowering women after Indonesian migrant workers based on local wisdom and social entrepreneurship. The first year research we conducted was aimed at "Formulating a Preference Map for Business Attributes (Empowerment of Retired Women Migrant Workers by considering local wisdom". Based on the empowerment capital owned, the appropriate strategy for empowering women after migrant workers is the Aras Mezzo strategy, because the goal of empowerment is the formation of The Joint Business Group (KUB) for processed products made from batik. The objective of the next research is to find an empowerment model for Indonesian retired female migrant workers using the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) empowerment method, in an effort to create an empowerment model that is in accordance with the characteristics of the local community and culture that is planned systematic, structured and integrated and able to synergize between communities, partner groups and related agencies. The method used is GIS (Geographic Information System) to determine the distribution of UKM throughout Malang Regency. The results of the study conclude that the efforts to empower women after Indonesian migrant workers in Druju Village are in accordance with local wisdom and social entrepreneurship owned by Druju Village, so there is a need for a partnership between the Joint Business Group of Women Retired Migrant Workers in Druju Village and Batik Andis as philanthropy.
