Knowledge that will be acquired: Knowledge that will be acquired by the end of the courses: Interpreting of the plasmatic level curves of the drug, representative of the drug transit through the organism (LADMER), consecutive to the administration of the drug from nanostructured systems and through the ways used in therapeutics. Knowing how to calculate the pharmakinetic constants and parameters, alter the administration of the drug in one unique dose or ina a multiple dose regime, necessary for the estimation of bioavailability. Study the influence of different biopharmaceutical and pharmakinetic factors in the bioavailability and therapeutic efficiency. Study the bioavailability and bioequivalence of drugs from designed nanostructured systems. Correlate the in vitro drug release studies with the in vivo pharmakinetic studies. Recommendations / Previous knowledge required: Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Physics, or equivalent.
