Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis eksprimen dengan desain one group pretset-posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN 3 Lenek Lauk yang berjumlah 16 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis dilakukan data dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu menguji validitas dan realibilitas tes dengan memperoleh nilai kolerasi 1,798. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan angka X hitung lebih kecil dari X tabel yaitu 0,327 sehingga data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Analisis akhir yaitu pengujian hipotesis. Hasil perhitungan dari uji t diperoleh T hitung sama dengan 9,7 sementara T tabel dengan df (n-1) pada taraf signifiikan 5% sama dengan 1,761 artinya t hitung ˃ t tabel dengan demikian Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada hasil pretest dan posttest siswa setelah menggunakan metode glenn doman berbantuan teras baca. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode glenn doman berbantuan teras baca mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap literasi membaca siswa kelas II SDN 3 Lenek Lauk. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the Glenn Doman Method with the assistance of a Reading Terrace on the Strengthening of Reading Literacy for Class II Students of SD Negeri 3 Lenek Lauk for the Academic Year 2021/2022. This research is an experimental type of research with a one group pretset-posttest design. The subjects of this study were the second grade students of SDN 3 Lenek Lauk, totaling 16 students. The data collection technique used was a test. The data analysis technique was carried out by first testing the validity and reliability of the test by obtaining a correlation value of 1.798. The results of the normality test show that Xcount is smaller than Xtable, which is 0.327 so that the data is normally distributed. The final analysis is hypothesis testing. The results of the calculations from the t test obtained that T count is equal to 9.7 while T table with df (n-1) at a significant level of 5% is equal to 1.761 meaning tcount ttable thus Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference in the results of the pretest and posttest students after using the glenn doman method assisted by reading terraces. So it can be concluded that the glenn doman method assisted by reading terraces has a positive influence on the reading literacy of the second grade students of SDN 3 Lenek Lauk.
