The government has a system to test the quality of teachers, as an award for those who pass this exam will be given certificates and benefits. The government policy of providing teacher certification allowances has greatly helped the quality and quantity of non-PNS inpassing teachers in private schools, not only the knowledge and experience gained when attending PPG but the teacher's welfare has also improved. The focus of this research is the communication management of Non PNS certification teachers who have been inpassed at private schools in the region I of Sumedang Regency, covering five sub-districts and six private schools and fifteen teachers. Through the phenomenological approach this research shows three things, namely: 1) good impression management by maintaining good looks and being professional and in school, in the midst of society and the education service, 2) self-concept of professional teachers namely mastering curriculum and teaching material, discipline, behaving good and able to communicate, 3) self-presentation appears in the public area (front stage) maintain appearance at school and in the community and domestic area (back stage) their existence at home with its simplicity.
