So that the work of notulis is lighter and maintains hearing health. Design/methodology/approach: This research goes through several stages, namely planning , analysis, design, and implementation. Findings/result: Website-based E-Risalah Conversion Voice to Text Management Information System. Originality/value/state of the art: Meeting minutes are the activity of recording or copying the entire outcome of a meeting. In the implementation is still done manually, by listening to recordings and copying or typed manually, in addition to less effective use of the headset for a long time can interfere with hearing health. Along with the development of science and technology, a system was created that would help blame the results of the meeting from sound to writing. With speech recognition technology, this is an ability owned by machines or applications to identify words and phrases contained in spoken language. So that the work of notulis is lighter and maintains hearing health.
