It describes the concept of this approach and the developed corresponding software tool for dynamic evaluation of the project progress. INTRODUCTION Future Education and Training in Computing (FETCH) is a 3-years project started in October 2013, coordinated by the University of Ruse (Bulgaria) and supported by the European Commission [1]. The project consortium consists of 67 scientific institutions from 35 countries. The successful completion of the Project is ensured by keeping the rules of resent practices in project management [2]. For the maximum effectiveness in realizing the project ideas FETCH relies mainly on thorough methodology and work plan where the work and responsibilities are distributed into 9 work packages (WP), well-defined management structure lead by coordinator and management group (MG), broad quality management (see below) and stable communication channels established between all partners throughout mailing groups, virtual and face-to-face meetings, workshops and mainly throughout the project web portal (http://fetch.ecs.uni-ruse.bg/). The motivation for the development of the FETCH proposal is to responds to two of strategic objectives of the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training in the field of computing education. The project aims to achieve intelligent growth, and to build a knowledge and innovation based computer society through raising the quality of computing education, introducing modern
