EIC Announcement: 2008 Changes to the Editorial Board of Expert Systems 2008 is the 25th anniversary of Expert Systems and is an exciting time for the Journal. Recently introduced changes in the Journal’s scope and review processes have led to a greater volume of quality submissions and a much wider coverage of the knowledge engineering discipline in our publications. As a result our editorial team is growing. Introducing our new co-Editor in Chief I am delighted to announce that Dr Jon G. Hall, from the Open University, UK, will be joining me as co-Editor in Chief. Jon has been on the editorial board of Expert Systems since 2005, and an associate editor since January 2007. His biography is included at the end of this announcement. Introducing our new Associate Editors Four new associate editors have been appointed to join Dr Elif Ubeyli, who will also continue in this role. They have been selected based on their research expertise, their past experience with Expert Systems and their dedication as reviewers and guest editors since I have been EiC.
