Organ Transplantation is one of them. Islamic researchers must endeavor to look into this issue and present an authentic and coherent narrative in this respect. The article deals with the introduction, narratives of scholars, principles and the grounds of Organ transplantation. This article elaborates with the relevance of the on-going norms and their impact on the sharī‘ah injunctions. Various cases are cited in the article to expound the issue. This substantial research encourages to observance time and circumstances in the implementation of sharī‘ah so that people may act upon the commandments conveniently. Islamic Jurists have diverse views about the legality of this issue. The present study deals with the various aspects of differences between Islamic Jurists.
