Abstract: This study aims to predict the level of financial distress in PT. Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk which is a state- owned company or State-Owned Enterprise engaged in. State- owned enterprises are helping to indonesia's economic growth. Therefore, every company competes for a big profit. If the company can not get profit need to know more in whether the financial condition of the company is fine or experiencing a problem. Financial difficulties can cause any company and if not addressed immediately will result in the company going into bankruptcy. Financial distress prediction is one of the ways that the company must know the financial condition of the company. In this study, three models were used to predict financial distress in PT. Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk. Based on the results of research using altman model PT. Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk in 2012 was in the grey zone position, while from 2013-2018 the company was in the distress zone position which means the company experienced financial distress. In the zmijewski model, from 2012-2018 the company was declared not insolvent despite the company experiencing negative after- tax profits, increased total debt as well as increased current liabilities. In the ohlson model, in 2012 the company is predicted to go bankrupt and in 2013- 2018 the company was declared not insolvent even though the company experienced a total increase in tang, decreased working capital of the company, as well as profit earned by the company is negative value. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat financial distress pada PT. Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk yang merupakan perusahaan BUMN atau Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak dibidang . Perusahaan BUMN membantu untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, setiap perusahaan bersaing untuk mendapatkan profit yang besar. Jika perusahaan tidak bisa mendapatkan profit perlu diketahui lebih dalam apakah kondisi keuangan perusahaan baik-baik saja atau mengalami suatu masalah.
