Thesis. Analysis of Leadership Behavior on Employee Performance At PT. Bososwa Berlian Motor is guided by Herminawaty AB and Indrayani Nur, This study aims to determine the behavior of leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor. This study uses direct survey method to the company through a direct way to the field with the spread of questionnaires that have been prepared. And the method of analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis, F test, T test, and Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership behavior variable on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor simultaneously (together). This is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic greater than the value of F table (Fcount> Ftabel) = 335,760> 2.37. And the probability value (Sig,) generated at 0.000. By using a significance level of 10% (0.10), the probability values are smaller than α (0.000 <0.10). And While partially there is a positive influence and significant leadership behavior on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor. Where the task-oriented behavior is obtained tcount is greater than ttable (tcount> ttable) = 8.051> 1.6332, whereas the relationship-oriented behavior is obtained tcount is greater than ttable (tcount> ttable) = 9,728> 1.6632, So the most dominant variable effect on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor is a behavior-oriented variable relating to the largest t count value (9,728). --------------------- Keywords : Leadership Behavior, Employee Performance.
