Khoirul Fahmi 1 Pascasarjana Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang email : 1 khoirulfahmi2128@gmail.com; ABSTRACT This study explores how Bedhol Bhawikarsu program gives values for students in SMAN 3 Malang toward future leader and gold generation, that took shelter under education ministry of east java. adopting the qualitative research design, the study presented in this paper ascertained the implementation of Bedhol Bhawikarsu that was integrated with every school program, especially with all stakeholders (teachers) and societies. Because of Bedhol Bhawikarsu, all of aspect in this school was able to connect in best vision and mission that was created by School Principle and leading sector, and able to develop society in every sector. By using the design of Bedhol Bhawikarsu Program, it can create best human being or gold generation for Indonesia who has leadership, integrity and social awareness characteristics. From this values, SMAN 3 Malang became top 10 school in Indonesia and this value can bring stakeholder vision toward global school in internationally outlook. Keywords : Bedhol Bhawikarsu, Service Learning , SMAN 3 of Malang INTRODUCTION The development of technology that is increasingly sophisticated has become a necessity for educational institution to be able to take advantage of this opportunity as well as possible. With technology, it is also expected that educational institutions are able to develop values for their students; both the value of the spirit of seeking knowledge and the value of social spirit must also be the goal of educational institutions. Therefore, educational institutions must have a high preventive spirit to create a good school culture, one of which is to provide innovative program in learning process. With that aim, many educational institutions began competing to make new programs and innovations to realize the characteristics of good students, social and competitive. In the process of realizing the design of education in schools must be adapted to national standards, such as at SMAN 3 Malang in order to be successful in its implementation. Where this school tries to create renewal in order to achieve quality resources, the innovations that are created must have a name that is differentiated from other schools, until finally SMAN 3 Malang is able to implement that standard and becomes one of the TOP Leader schools in Indonesia.
