A OBJETIVIDADE E O JORNALISMO DA FONTE NA ASSEMBLEIA LEGISLATIVA DO PARANÁ: SISTEMA ESTATAL X PÚBLICO NA COMUNICAÇÃO PARA O CIDADÃO THE OBJECTIVITY AND JOURNALISM SOURCE IN PARANÁ LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY: SYSTEM OF STATE X PUBLIC IN COMMUNICATION FOR THE CITIZEN Edson Gil Santos Júnior Resumo: O presente estudo se utiliza das práticas laborais do Setor de Divulgação da Assembleia Legislativa do Paraná (Alep) para traçar um panorama do trabalho de comunicação prestado para a população paranaense no ano de 2014. Busca-se identificar as fronteiras de trabalho entre a assessoria de imprensa e o jornalismo da fonte, entre o jornalismo estatal e o público. Para isso, a pesquisa utiliza de técnica empírica de entrevistas em profundidade. Baseado em depoimentos dos servidores, a objetividade também é discutida como ferramenta para alcançar a credibilidade, mas também como forma do profissional evitar desgastes da Mesa Diretora com parlamentares, e assim garantir a própria permanência no cargo. Dentre as vantagens e fragilidades na objetividade empregada, a criação de um conselho editorial seria uma saída apontada para reduzir a influência de interesses políticos nos veículos públicos legislativos. Abstract: The present study uses the labor practices of the Disclosure Sector of the Legislative Assembly of Paraná (Alep) to draw a panorama of the work of communication provided to the population of Paraná in the year 2014. It seeks to identify the boundaries of work between the advisory press and source journalism, between state and public journalism. For this, the research uses an empirical technique of in- depth interviews. Based on testimony from the servers, objectivity is also discussed as a tool to achieve credibility, but also as a way for the professional to avoid the wear and tear of the Board of Directors with parliamentarians, and thus ensure their own tenure. Among the advantages and weaknesses in the objectivity employed, the creation of an editorial board would be an exit designed to reduce the influence of political interests in the legislative public vehicles.
