Her bir istasyondan göz açıklığı 55µ olan plankton ağıyla örnekler alınmıştır. Araştırma süresince toplam 55 zooplankton türü kaydedilmiştir. 35 tür Rotifera, 14 tür Cladocera ve 6 tür Copepoda grubundandır. Teşhis edilen türlerin %63.6’sı Rotifera, %25.4’ü Cladocera ve %11’i Copepoda türlerine aittir. Rotifera grubu tür sayısı, ortaya çıkış sıklığı ve yoğunluk bakımından zooplankton içinde en baskın grubu teşkil etmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Karkamış Baraj Gölü, Zooplankton, Rotifera, Cladocera, Copepoda ZOOPLANKTON OF KARKAMIS DAM LAKE (GAZIANTEP) ABSTRACT Monthly samples were taken from 5 stations between January 2015 and December 2016 to determine the zooplankton of Karkamış Dam Lake. Samples were taken from each station using a plankton net 55µ. A total of 55 zooplankton species were recorded during the study. 35 species of Rotifera, 14 species of Cladocera and 6 species of Copepoda and of the species identified. Among these species 63.6% belong to Rotifera, 25.4% belong to Cladocera and 11% belong to Copepoda species. Rotifera group was the dominant group in zooplankton in terms of species number, frequency of occurrence and density. Keywords: Karkamış Dam Lake, Zooplankton, Rotifera, Cladocera, Copepoda
