This study aims to investigate the effect of work engagement and individual relationship conflict on auditors' technical performance. This research method is quantitative with a survey approach. This study involved 116 auditor respondents from various regions in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using linear regression and PROCESS techniques. The results show that work engagement has a positive effect on technical performance and individual relationship conflict weakens the positive effect of work engagement on technical performance. This finding validates work engagement theory (Bakker et al. 2009). Future research is suggested to explore other variables that can affect auditor performance. Practically, this finding can be a reference for practitioners in improving auditor's technical performance by paying attention to the auditor's work engagement and individual relationship conflict. Keywords: Individual Relationship Conflict, Work Engagement, Technical Performance. ABSTRAK: Jabatan fungsional auditor memiliki tugas yang kompleks dan rentan terhadap berbagai konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh work engagement dan individual relationship conflict terhadap technical performance auditor. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Penelitian ini melibatkan 116 responden auditor dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linear dan PROCESS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap technical performance dan individual relationship conflict memperlemah pengaruh positif work engagement terhadap technical performance. Temuan ini memvalidasi teori work engagement (Bakker et al. 2009). Penelitian mendatang disarankan dapat mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja auditor. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat menjadi salah satu rujukan praktisi dalam meningkatkan technical performance auditor dengan memperhatikan work engagement auditor dan individual relationship conflict.
