The development of this democratic system has the aim of realizing the ideals of the Indonesian nation, as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, 4th paragraph. Politics is basically a phenomenon that is closely related to humans, who in essence always live in society. Humans are social creatures, dynamic and developing creatures, and always adapt to their surroundings. As a member of society, a certain person or group is related to the general values and rules that are recognized and adhered to by that society. Therefore, politics will always develop, manifesting itself in the framework of the process of human development. With this connection, humans are the main core of political reality, whatever the reason, political observation or analysis cannot simply leave humans.
