The term VUCA was first used in the military in the 1990s to describe paramedic combat situations, where field information is very limited. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has become an uncertainty that can threaten the ability and capacity of a bank to achieve its goals. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on changing patterns of activity in society. Digitalization of the payment system is considered to be the key to boosting the national economic recovery in addition to the Covid-19 vaccination. In the midst of the VUCA era, bank bjb innovates and business sustainability by continuing to innovate its products according to customer needs.
