Tembalang, Semarang, Jawa Tengah -50275, Telp/Fax. 0247474698 (email : soryaningsihfajar@gmail.com) ABSTRAK Koperasi Unit Desa Mina Rahayu bergerak di bidang perikanan yang secara bersama - sama mengelola perikanan untuk mensejahterakan nelayan. Unit usaha yang dikelola oleh Koperasi Unit Desa Mina Rahayu adalah penyewaan basket, pelayanan pembayaran telepon, pelayanan pembayaran listrik dan SPDN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja KUD Mina Rahayu, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan pasar dan pangsa pasar relatif pada usaha KUD Mina Rahayu. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Metode dalam pengambilan sampel anggota KUD Mina Rahayu menggunakan metode quota sampling dan pengambilan sampel karyawan KUD Mina Rahayu menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Balanced Scorecard dan analisis Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Hasil kriteria Balanced Scorecard pada empat perspektif yaitu perspektif finansial yaitu kurang baik, perspektif pelanggan yaitu baik, perspektif proses bisnis internal yaitu baik, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan yaitu baik. Hasil pemetaan Boston Consulting Group (BCG), unit usaha penyewaan basket termasuk ke dalam kuadran “cash cow”. Unit usaha pelayanan pembayaran telepon termasuk ke dalam kuadran “cash cow”. Unit usaha pelayanan pembayaran listrik termasuk ke dalam kuadran “question mark”. Unit usaha SPDN termasuk ke dalam kuadran “question mark”. Kata kunci : KUD Mina Rahayu, Balanced Scorecard, Boston Consulting Group ABSTRACT Village unit cooperative of Mina Rahayu operate in fisheries business that was cooperate of managing fisheries for fishermen welfare. The business unit of managed by village unit cooperative Mina Rahayu are fishing basket rental , telephone payment service, electricity payment service and diesel fuel station. The purpose of this research were to analyze the performance of KUD Mina Rahayu, and to determine the level of market growth and market share relative to the business of KUD Mina Rahayu. This research method was descriptive method with data collection method used observation, interview, literature study and documentation. The method of sample collection a member of KUD Mina Rahayu used the quota sampling method and sample collection employees of KUD Mina Rahayu used the purposive sampling method. This research used Balanced Scorecard analysis and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) analysis. The results analysis of the criteria Balanced Scorecard on four perspectives that financial perspective that was not good, customer perspective was good, internal business process perspective was good, and learning and growth perspective was good. The result analysis of mapping of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a business unit of fishing basket rental included in the quadrants of “cash cow”. Business unit of telephone payment service included in the quadrants of “cash cow”. Business unit of electrical payment service included in the quadrants of “question mark”. Business unit of diesel fuel station included in the quadrants of “question mark”.
