This study is implemented in one class of an elementary school that represent medium socio-economic status in Bandırma, Balıkesir in 2015- 2016 education period. 33 students participated in study group, 17 of them are female and 16 of them are male. The study lasted 9 weeks. Argumentation model is applied on this group. This research has been prepaed according to the one group pretest-postest design. At the result of the study it is determined that Argumentation model affected attitudes of fourth-grade students on science education positively (P<.05). Keywords: Toulmin argumentation model, attitudes towards to science course. TOULMIN ARGÜMANTASYON MODELİNİN 4. SINIF FEN BİLİMLERİ DERSİNE YÖNELİK ÖĞRENCİ TUTUMLARI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ ÖZ Bu araştırmanın amacı, “Toulmin Argümantasyon Modeli”nin 4. sınıf fen bilimleri dersine yönelik öğrenci tutumlarına etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırma Balıkesir’in Bandırma ilçesinde bir ilkokulda gerçekleştirilmiş olup, bu araştırmaya 17 kız, 16 erkek öğrenci toplam 33 öğrenci katılmıştır. Bu araştırma dokuz hafta boyunca devam etmiştir. Gruba “Toulmin Argümantasyon Modeli”ne uygun eğitim ve öğretim süreci uygulanmıştır. Tek grup ön test- son test deneysel denese göre yapılan bu araştırmanın sonucunda ilkokul dördüncü sınıf fen bilimleri dersinde Toulmin Argümantasyon Modeli uygulamalarının öğrenci tutumlarını olumlu yönde değiştirdiği görülmüştür (P<.05).
