Corresponding author: estin.nofi@umtas.ac.id Abstrak Citanduy adalah salah satu sungai yang terkena dampak dari aktifitas manusia, dimana anak sungai Citanduy di Cigeureung Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya telah lama tercemar oleh aktifitas domestik dan aktifitas UKM industri batik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban cemaran kromium di anak sungai Citanduy. Sampling dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan jarak masing-masing titik sejauh 1 km sebanyak 3 titik sampling yaitu Desa Parakanyasag koordinat 7 ° 17’46.4”S 108 ° 13’04.3”E dengan wilayah yang didominasi persawahan tanpa industri. Titik ke dua di Desa Cicariuk pada koordinat 7 ° 18’08.9”S 108 ° 13’07.4”E, titik ini merupakan titik sentral industri batik di Cigeureung. Titik ke tiga berada di Gg. Masjid Buninagara dengan koordinat 7 ° 18’42.7”S 108 ° 12’58.9”E. Setelah dilakukan pengujian laboratorium hasil menunjukan nilai Cr pada titik satu sebesar 0,007 mg/L, pada titik kedua nilai Cr 0,010 mg/L, dan titik ketiga Cr 0,012 mg/L. Hasil ini menujukan nilai Cr tidak melebihi ambang baku mutu air sungai kelas II (nilai Cr 0,05) sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah No 82 Tahun 2001. Abstract Citanduy is one of the rivers affected by human activities, where the Citanduy tributary in Cigeureung, Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, has long been polluted by domestic activities such as batik industry of UKM. This research was to determine the burden of water pollution in the Citanduy tributaries. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling using the storet method. Sampling was done with a distance of each point as far as 1 km for 3 sampling points, namely Parakanyasag Village coordinate 7017 '46.4 "S 108 ° 13'04.3" E with areas dominated by rice fields without industry. The second point in the Village of Cicariuk at coordinates 7 ° 18'08.9 "S 108 ° 13'07.4" E, this point is the central point of the batik industry in Cigeureung. The third point is in Gg. Buninagara Mosque with coordinates 7 ° 18'42.7 "S 108 ° 12'58.9" E. Laboratory testing results showed that the COD value at first point is 107 mg / L with Cr concentration of 0.007 mg / L, at the second point the COD value is 2 mg / L with Cr concentration of 0.010 mg / L, and the third point COD is 4 mg / L with Cr concentration of 0.012 mg / L. These results showed that the total Cr was not exceeding the threshold standard of river water quality class II (Cr value of 0.05) in Government Regulation No. 82 of 2001.
