To address these problems, researchers and teachers conducted innovations and development of instructional materials and devices. This Mobile Trainer in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II was designed as an innovative tool for electrical courses that caters to the issue of lack of instructional materials and the present educational system under new normal. This study aims to develop a Mobile Trainer in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II. Specifically, it aims to design a mobile electrical installation and maintenance trainer, identify the different processes involved in construction of a Mobile Electrical Installation and Maintenance Trainer, determine the project's acceptability in terms of durability, safety, and functionality, and achieve 80% passing percentage of student in the TESDA NC II Assessment. The study employed the research and development (R&D) that discusses the design, different procedures in construction, determine the acceptability of the project as to durability, safety and functionality and measures the effectiveness through percentage rating in NC II assessment. It includes planning, product development, revisions, evaluation and the final product. The analysis of study based on the data gathered revealed that this mobile trainer is durable, safe to operate and functional as an instructional tool with a highly acceptable rating. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that to produce a trainer and instructional device despite the wide array of existing instructional materials, there is always a way to innovate and produce a unique and creative device to be utilized as an instructional tool. Teachers handling electrical courses may adopt this device as an intervention tool to address the needs of students due to lack of instructional materials and resources. Other researchers may improve this study by putting additional features and innovating into a bigger car/van installed with sufficient and standard hands-on wiring board that can accommodate many students. Continuous innovation and modernization of learning experiences should produce numerous sorts of understanding, information, skills, and attitudes that contribute to an individual's learning quality. Senior High School (SHS) consists of two years of specialized education that can be pursued in one of three ways: academics, technical-vocational-livelihood, or sports and arts. The last two tracks provide students with possibilities for frequent immersion and exposure to better prepare them for college life or perhaps career opportunities in particular technical-vocational-livelihood courses. The senior high school program's unique course curriculum design allows graduates to pursue options such as a college education, a career, and entrepreneurial opportunities, primarily because the curriculum is no longer focused on generalized theoretical knowledge but rather on the application side of learning and skill acquisition, whether through laboratory work, work experience, or entrepreneurial opportunities. The Philippine school system is beginning to adjust to the changes brought by K12 program. As of 2015, there are 637 higher education institutions which started senior high school programs, according to the Commission on Higher Education [1]. The transition's influence and evaluation are already being felt and assessed, only to be overshadowed by the current worldwide crisis the COVID-19 epidemic. Meanwhile, the present virus outbreak has unquestionably put to stop all system activities and structures. The education sector has been deploying stop-gap strategies to address ongoing schooling despite outbreak and infection dangers for almost a year.
