9 A SUBJETIVIDADE COMO POTÊNCIA DE PENSAMENTO: LINHAS IDENTITÁRIAS FEMININAS NA DOCÊNCIA Daniela De Maman 1 Resumo O texto pretende elucidar o estudo que tem por objetivo explorar o potencial criativo numa situação análoga das linhas de agenciamento ao emergir das subjetividades femininas no exercício docente, com também, promover compreensão dos processos de subjetivação à luz de algumas noções conceituais de Gilles Deleuze e Felix Guattari. As três linhas, de agenciamentos se caracterizam como conhecimento, isto é, saberes rizomáticos. As linhas deflagram, em situações de análise, da subjetividade feminina, trajeto de encontros com pensamentos e produção de identidades docentes. A abordagem metodológica utilizada ampara-se na pesquisa bibliográfica como estudo da arte e, na cartografia, como meio para o entendimento dos processos de subjetivação feminina na docência. As perspectivas alavancadas apontam um horizonte ampliado, sobre movimentos de pensamento, em que a noção de subjetividade é potencializada, como construção de uma prática voltada às singularidades dos sujeitos do gênero feminino. SUBJECTIVITY AS A POWER OF THOUGHT: FEMALE IDENTITY LINES IN TEACHING Abstract The text intends to elucidate the study that aims to explore the creative potential in a situation analogous to the lines of agency when emerging from female subjectivities in the teaching practice, as well as to promote an understanding of the processes of subjectivation in the light of some conceptual notions of Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari. The three lines of assemblages are characterized as knowledge, that is, rhizomatic knowledge. The lines trigger, in situations of analysis, of female subjectivity, a path of encounters with thoughts and production of teaching identities. The methodological approach used is based on bibliographic research as a study of art and, on cartography, as a means of understanding the processes of female subjectivation in teaching. The leveraged perspectives point to an expanded horizon, about movements of thought, in which the notion of subjectivity is potentiated, as a construction of a practice focused on the singularities of the subjects of the female gender.
