Abstract: This article describes the training program for beginning teachers at the University of Seville which considers future teachers´ own experience, and proposes the improvement of each of its phases, among others: the creation and strengthening of a social network where beginning teachers, and expert teachers can interact and communicate, incorporate the blog as a useful tool for the development of a portfolio that helps them reflect on their teaching practice, as well as use games and simulations as a strategy or a tool for learning.
