Cases that often occur are dislocated, punctured by a syringe, punctured by an abocath needle, slipped, scratched by an ampoule, lumbago, crushed by an object, and exposed to electric current. Bahagia Makassar Hospital, there are several cases of workplace accidents on nurses such as sprained syringes, pierced needles, abocathed needles,slipped,ampoulescratched,lumbago. This research Method: is a quantitative study using a descriptive correlational method through a cross sectional approach. Data analysis using the Logistic Regression test. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a sample of 45 implementing nurses. The results: of this study showed that 87% of nurses had work accidents consisting of sprains (47%), syringes (67%), abacoth needles (56%), slipped (62%), scratched ampoule caps (60%), back pain (58%). The results of statistical tests using the Logistic Regression test were found that of the three variables namely supervision obtained a regression coefficient of 3,163 with sig. 0.004 (sig <0.05), physical physical conditions obtained a regression coefficient value of 2.251 with sig. 0.008 (sig <0.05) and work procedures obtained a regression coefficient of 2.588 with sig. 0.002 (sig <0.05) has a significant effect on workplace nurses' accidents. The conclusion: of this research shows that there is a significant influence between supervision, physical conditions and work procedures with the occurrence of workplace accidents of nurses in the inpatient room at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar.
