Pagar Alam City is also known as one of the Besemah tribal areas with various cultural heritages. Game "Quiz Besemah" is a mobile quiz and educational game specially designed for learning the culture and traditions of the city of Pagar Alam. The development method used in this research is Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) with six stages, namely Initiation Development, Pre-Production, Production, Testing, Beta External Testing and Release. The game engine for developing game features will use the Unity application so that it can support various platforms such as web, windows, mac, android, iOS, Xbox, Playstation 3 and Wii. The game that was built consisted of 20 (twenty) questions randomly and divided into 4 (four) classifications, namely basic, easy, medium and difficult. This game is recommended and user friendly for children aged 8- 13 years. Based on the results of testing the application that has been built, it can be concluded that the game can be used as a learning medium for the introduction of Besemah culture in Pagar Alam City Keywords: Game, Quiz Besemah, GDLC, Culture 1. PENDAHULUAN Secara geografis Kota Pagar Alam terletak pada 4 o Lintang Selatan (LS) dan 103,15 o Bujur Timur (BT), 030 59' 08” - 040 15' 45” Lintang Selatan dan 1030 07' 00” – 1030 27' 26” Bujur Timur dengan luas 63.366 Ha (633.66 Km2) dan terletak sekitar 298 Km dari kota Palembang dan berjarak 60 Km ke arah barat daya dari ibukota kabupaten Lahat. Kota Pagar Alam merupakan daerah perbukitan dengan ketinggian 400-3.400 di atas permukaan laut (dpl). Kondisi topografi bervariasi dari 0 hingga 15 derajat, hingga kemiringan 45 derajat. Secara administratif wilayah ini terbagi menjadi 5 kecamatan, yaitu Kecamatan Pagar Alam Selatan, Pagar Alam Utara, Dempo Selatan, Dempo Utara, dan Dempo Tengah, serta terdiri dari 35 kecamatan dan 84 dusun.
