Thus, management is a bridge between the organization and employees. Since the employees are different, they require different leadership styles. In this paper, the relationship of management styles with job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Islamic Azad University of Omidiyeh is evaluated. The main question is whether there is any relationship between these variables. Based on this question, different hypotheses are proposed. Through questionnaire and with the aid of SPSS software, these hypotheses are examined. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between supportive leadership style with affective commitment and job satisfaction. The same result is also confirmed between autocratic leadership style with normative commitment and job satisfaction. On the other hand, these findings also indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Accordingly, various suggestions are provided to strengthen the development of a logical relationship between the organization and the staff.
