At this time, the Indonesian people are still experiencing various problems and potential problems of which will occur in national life, such as among others, the case of terrorism tend to be proprietary. Thus, the existence of spirituality is very important to minimize the problems and the potential. In practice (amaliyah her), there are many forms of spirituality that contains the spirit of the values and teachings of inclusiveness and multicultural, among others such as Dhikr Manaqib in Pesantren Al-Qodiri Jember. This study uses a qualitative method. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique used: in-depth interviews (depth interview), as well as the role of observation (participant observation), and dokumentasi. Tekhnik data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. From the use of research methods, the results of research, namely: 1) konsturksi value is preserved and developed, namely: the value of divinity, humanity, unity, brotherhood / fraternity, wisdom, justice, simplicity, freedom, honesty, piety and self-reliance, 2 ) the teaching is more emphasis on Sufism and the unity of the region and sometimes on the teachings of Shariah / jurisprudence, so that the priests and worshipers dhikr Manaqib more tolerant of various backgrounds of the community. The strategy used is dhikr and solawat, riyadhah, mujahadah, etc., 3) Role Muzakki K. Ahmad Shah as a spiritual teacher who has the character of spiritual leadership. K. Muzakki practice values-multicultural inclusivity in their daily lives by guiding the Ummah comes to dhikr to Allah, directing all groups who come regardless of SARA.
